Do you clean linen?

We are more than happy to strip beds, and remake them with existing clean linen in the home.  We are also happy to drop the dirty linen to you.

Otherwise, linen cleaning comes with an additional charge. If you include it in your booking notes, we will discuss with you in your confirmation.

What if I want an add-on that you don't have listed?

Feel free to add it to your booking request in the Other section, or add it under the Anything else we should know? section. Additional cost will be sent through with your confirmation for you to check over. 

We can't guarantee that all add-ons are doable, though we will do our best to accommodate you. 

What about pet hair in my property?

No worries! We understand that pet hair is a normal part of many homes and will do our best to remove it.

Please note we are not a carpet cleaning service and cannot remove stains or deeply embedded hair from carpets.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, please email us on hello@coastalresetcleaning.com. We monitor our emails closely. **Please note that cancellation fees may apply.**

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 48 hours notice: No fee
• Less than 48 hours: $100 fee
• Same day cancellation: $150 fee

Refunds will be issued minus any applicable cancellation fee.

What if I don't get my bond-back?

If you don't get your bond back, and it is due to interior a cleanliness issue that was covered by our inclusions, we will provide a re-clean of the affected areas free of charge.

We will not however, re-clean if the bond was withheld due to other reasons, such as property damage, unpaid rent, pest issues, yard condition, smoke or pet smells, missing items or keys, etc.

If your bond hasn't been refunded, please email through written confirmation from your real estate agent or property manager outlining the cleaning issue, and we will happily fix it for you!

What does it mean by "rubbish removal not included"?

For unfurnished rentals, it is expected that the house will be empty. If there is rubbish leftover, (in bins, in cupboards, on the floor, in the garage, or outside), we are not required to remove it. This is due to safety risks. 

Why are there things that aren't included?

The things we do, we do well, and we want to keep it that way. We will not overstate our capabilities or put ourselves at risk by taking on jobs that are outside of our scope. 

How much notice do I need to give before a clean? Can I book for today?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for bookings.
Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. However, please feel free to email us and we may be able to accommodate you :)

I need my Airbnb cleaned now, can you do it today?

If you are in a total pinch, feel free to send us an email with your situation, and we may be able to help out as soon as possible, including after hours. 

We can't guarantee a clean, but we will see what we can do :)

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

No worries - we are happy to do a re-clean of affected areas free of charge. Please email through a detailed description of the problem, and also photos of the affected area. 

Can I book more than one clean in advance?

Yes! We are more than happy to service you over time. If we cannot complete a clean, you will be informed as early as possible, and fully refunded.

What if the cleaner cancels the booking?

If your cleaner cannot complete your clean, we will let you know as soon as possible, and your booking will be fully refunded.

Do I need to provide anything?

Please ensure access to the property is provided (keys, lockbox, or instructions). Also any important information about the property should be included at the time of booking.

Health and Safety Protocols

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if the property is deemed unsafe. This includes (but is not limited to) excessive mould, bio-hazards, pest infestations, or unsafe structural conditions. In these cases, you will be notified and fully refunded.
  • We are not licensed mould removal specialists. While we can clean minor surface mould, we cannot guarantee full removal. For significant mould issues, we recommend contacting a professional mould remediation service.
  • We do not clean properties that are currently being lived in or actively being moved out of. The property must be vacant at the time of service.
