Terms & Conditions

By submitting this booking request, you agree to the following terms:

1. Quotes & Pricing

All pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the condition or size of the property differs significantly from what was described, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.

2. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available, the booking may be cancelled or a call-out fee may apply.

3. Linen 

Linen will only be changed if clean sheets/towels/etc are provided at the property. Dirty linen will be left at the property for the host to launder.

You will contact us by email if you would like your linen laundered or dropped off at a different location. Additional costs apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations may incur a fee as follows:

• More than 48 hours notice: No fee
• Less than 48 hours: $100 fee
• Same day cancellation: $150 fee

Refunds will be issued minus any applicable cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. If we haven't received payment, we will follow-up to ensure you're still requiring a clean, otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

6. Scope of Work

Only services agreed upon during booking will be completed. Any additional tasks may incur extra charges.

7. Safety & Property Condition

We reserve the right to decline or stop work if the property is unsafe, hazardous, or significantly different from the description provided.This includes (but is not limited to) excessive mould, bio-hazards, pest infestations, or unsafe structural conditions. In these cases, you will be notified and fully refunded.

We are not licensed mould removal specialists. While we can clean minor surface mould, we cannot guarantee full removal. For significant mould issues, we recommend contacting a professional mould remediation service.

We do not offer bond cleaning for properties that are currently being lived in or actively being moved out of. The property must be vacant at the time of service.

8. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.
